Annual General Meeting & BBQ
- Everyone is to come on down to Canora Community Hall (10425-152 Street) for our Annual General Meeting & BBQ. This is where you can voice your option and make a difference in the Skating Club for the following season.
Annual General Meeting – 1:00-3:00 pm
BBQ – 3:15-5:30 pm
You can also:
- Pick up fundraiser cheques $100.00 & $25.00
- Pick up your 2009 & 2010 Year End Ice Show pictures
- Attend the Annual General Meeting
- Supervised Activities for the children during the meeting
- After the meeting then we will all enjoy a fabulous but not ordinary BBQ to show our appreciation for skating & volunteering with the Club.
If this is your fundraiser and you have not signed up for a duty, please contact Pauline at 780-489-0971. If you do not contact Pauline then your $100.00 fundraiser cheque will be CASHED.
- VOLUNTEERS need to arrive at the Canora Community Hall by noon on Sunday April 25, 2010 and check in with Pauline.
- If you plan on attending this event, please RSVP to Pauline at 780-489-0971 by APRIL 15, 2010. Please include how many adults & children will be attending.
