There is a $30.00 Skate Canada membership fee per skater (non-refundable), per season (Good for 1 year, September 1 - August 31 the following year), required for all programs. This fee will be waived if the skater is already registered with another Skate Canada Sanctioned Club, i.e. drop in skaters. Proof of membership MUST be provided to have the $30.00 waived.
Federation Skating Club also requires each family to do ONE MANDATORY fundraising activity for the Club per season. A $100 cheque deposit POST DATED MARCH 1, 2011 is required at the time of registration, which will be returned once the fundraising activity has been completed. The Club does NOT accept cheques from Community League Bingos.

STUDENT DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES
In June of 1996, the Club Executive passed a motion adopting the following three strikes, you're out as the Student Disciplinary Procedure for on-ice/off-ice activities.
Student Disciplinary Procedure
First Infraction
A verbal warning from the Coach/Club and a notice to the Club advising the Executive of the action.Second Infraction
A written letter from the Coach/Club outlining the discipline and a notice to parent(s) or guardian(s) of the disciplined skater that they must be in the stands at the arena thereafter for the skater to be allowed back on the ice.Third Infraction
A written letter from the Coach/Club to the skater and parent(s) or guardian(s) advising them of the discipline and the expulsion of the skater from the program. Inappropriate behaviour such as, but not limited to, kicking, biting, hitting, inappropriate language, swearing, disruptive actions, misuse of equipment (as weapons or otherwise) etc. by a student to another student or to the coaching staff of the Club will not be tolerated.
